Epic Quotes 2015 (Part 12 of 33)

Every divinely inspired insight and truth from God made known to me that I recorded down was just another step leading me into the glorious future He has for me, and with each letter typed and word recorded down, closer I came to the point of a new year. God is faithful. Below are all those quotes recorded down for the year of 2015 and they are indeed epic! Thank you Lord! I pray, you will read through all of them, be lead to pray to God because of many of them and will come to know Him more and my joy that is Jesus Christ the Lord. YOU ARE LOVED. With that, I now invite you Into My HEART that pens down faithfully and accurately all that the Almighty speaks to me.

276. “The strength of Jesus was not in the countless miracles He performed. It was not in the turning of a handful of fish and a couple of pieces of bread into a banquet that fed upwards to fifteen thousand with plenty left over. It was not in the walking on water in the midst of a turbulent storm. It was not in the rebuking of a fierce storm till it quited itself by His Word and in His presence. The strength of Jesus is never more known than in His Cross—it’s commitment and sacrifice. Commitment to His Father’s will and sacrifice in His love towards us the human race.” 4/10/15

277. “The Cross of Christ not only displays forgiveness and salvation for all who place their faith in Jesus Christ, it also demands. It demands from all, that everyone who faces the Cross will answer this question: Do you believe in the Cross of Christ? And know this. The question has stood erect to all peoples of every tribe, nation and tongue for all generations and for all time. We all have to give a response, yet no one is forced to believe in it and in Him yet God does invite all to come.” 4/10/15

278. “If it is not of God it cannot be fertile, it cannot land on what is fertile and it will not produce. For God provides the fertile ground, He provides the fertile seed and He provides the increase. Therefore, if you are not speaking that fertile Word of God in which is seed for the sower, the ground will not be fertile and if it is not God’s Word you are speaking, He will not provide the increase.” 4/10/15

279. “Saying sorry and thank you does not suffice in every context. Surely we can all agree on this. It’s fitting if you bump into someone or if someone holds a door open for you, yet it certainly does not fit when approached with the message of the Cross of Christ. We cannot say ‘sorry Jesus for my sins’ and ‘thank you for dying for me’ and continue on in the next breath to sin and reject Christ. Nevermore will our sorrow for our iniquity and our thankfulness be suffice when it has to do with His sacrifice and commitment to love us, than when a great cost is given from us as well. And nevermore will a great cost be shown than when we approach the Lord with a broken heart and a contrite spirit in need of His forgiveness, His redemption and His restoration, and nevermore will a great cost be shown than when we commit to follow Jesus not for a time, or when it’s convenient, but personally, faithfully and without wavering.” 4/10/15

280. “In comparison to the riches of God’s glorious presence and great love made known in the personal, intimate and powerful relationship I now have with Jesus, I’d give up everything else all over again.” 4/11/15

281. “The intimacy I have with Jesus means more to me than what men of this age not fully knowing the sheer bliss of knowing Jesus chase after. I give up home, wife and family all for the sake of knowing Christ.” 4/11/15

282. “Humanly speaking. Whatever this man can say he possesses in this life including my own body, I gladly sacrifice it and lay it down for the sake of Christ.” 4/11/15

283. “Compared to what I have with the Lord Jesus everything else is meaningless.” 4/11/15

284. “There’s something to be said of someone that was not raised by godly parents, was not raised in the “church,” rarely is around godly people and when they are, they are the one that knows more about God than any other. This is what is to be said: Jesus Christ is Lord!” 4/12/15 (In meditation of the Word of God and all His Glorious doing. 1 Corinthians 2; 1 Corinthians 12:1-13).

285. “A man just like a woman, should never look to each other to complete, satisfy or bring significance to each other. This puts undue pressure on the other person, for these are attributed and can only be fulfilled by God our Creator who is the lover of our souls. It is also dangerous because you elevate that person to status as your god and this is idolatry, in which is sin, and the result of sin is death.” 4/12/15 (inspired by “gods at war” pg. 200, chapter 11, entitled “the god of romance,” Exodus 20:3-5)

286. “My God, Your Word is that harvest that all men long to have their fill of. Oh Lord, that I may have my fill of your glorious Word that is sweet to my soul!” 4/13/15

287. “The Word of God is the Harvest of all harvests. We who hear it, and rejoice in it! May always glean from it. Amen.” 4/13/15

288. “Jesus, The Word of God, is His name. He is the Harvest of all harvests. We who hear and rejoice to hear Him, may always glean freely from Him!” 4/13/15 (Leviticus 19:9-10; Ephesians 2:11-22; Revelation 19:11-13 inspires!)

289. “If there’s any wisdom I could impart to those seeking to be in a relationship it would be this: Seek healing beforehand. And if that is not possible and you are adamant on being in a relationship, then enter into the only relationship that is strong enough, whole enough, and wise enough to heal you, comfort you and lead you while loving you—A relationship with the Lord Jesus.” 4/14/15

290. “Be the change you want to see. Do what is morally needed and lawfully acceptable to affect change. Give generously and give of yourself so there can continue to be change—this is Jesus Christ the Lord.” 4/14/15 (shoutout to @healthysouls. Your motto or mission statement “Be.Do.Give” inspired me).

291. “Going to church and being a Christ follower are two different things. Going to church won’t save you. Being a Christ follower means you’re already saved.” 4/15/15

292. “Faith without works is dead. What are these works? It’s our response to God’s grace.” 4/16/15

293. “You say, ‘in my rebellion I did this.’ I say, “Who are you rebelling against?” It cannot be God as He has done nothing to merit this behavior. It cannot be a person, as they have made their choice. No, your rebellion is your choosing to disobey God and allow others to take His place.” 4/16/15

294. “You cannot hear truth, be set free by truth, speak in truth, walk in truth, live by truth, unless you are discipled and discipleship is of the Lord.” 4/16/15 (John 8:31-32 inspires).

295. “Exposure to such things that are beyond ourselves helps us to have a view that will extend far beyond ourselves. This will ensure a continuity of life and legacy worth mentioning.” 4/17/15

296. “Why do we confess our sins to the Lord? Is He not omniscient, that is, knowing everything? Upon closer examination of what it means to confess our sins, I now see that it is not for His benefit but ours. It is not for His knowledge but that we would know. And in confessing, this marvelous thing takes place—we empty ourselves of enmity with God and position ourselves to receive His transforming forgiveness. Amen.” 4/17/15

297. “Many things can change you but only One can transform you—this is Jesus!” 4/17/15

Change equals, being limited in awakening and with a slight behavior modification that wears off like the intoxication of liquor and alcohol upon the brain and body of its abuser.

Transform equals, being without limitation in your ability to grow, flourish, renew and continually be refreshed.

“But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth. But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. If we claim we have not sinned, we are calling God a liar and showing that his word has no place in our hearts.” (1 John 1:7-10 NLT

298. “It will take the acts in Acts to affect real change.” 4/19/15

Inspired by a dream I had in which someone spoke that to (James Oyola) @_ben_evolence. The word “Acts” is in reference to the biblical Book of Acts or more easily understood—Book of demonstrations.

These demonstrations began with witnesses to the resurrection of Jesus, of those who personally traveled with Him and were the original believers in the “Way,” in which is a reference to Jesus and His declaration in (John 14:6).
I woke up early this Sunday (April 19, 2015) morning to record this quote. It’s powerful and dare I say prophetic into the life of a newly married man who I will confidently say, Christ is calling Him to live like a wild man; a man who is free to worship the Lord Jesus and radically change his culture and surroundings by the sole name of Jesus. Even now, I say, let it be so Lord, according to those words. Amen.

299. “Whether it be victory and success or defeat and failure we experience, it’s all to the glory of God. If victory and success we can thank Him for preparing such a way for us. If defeat and failure, it will keep us humble and continually looking to God. As I began I finish—whether we are victorious or we experience defeat, let it be to the glory of God who works all things for our good. Those of us who love Him and know we have been called to Him, we know it will all result in good.” 4/19/15 (Inspiration: Romans 8:28; James 1:2-4)

300. “The human body is governed by laws in the seen and unseen world. However, with the Lord, such laws have no bearing upon the body that seeks to do God’s will.” 4/20/15

from my time in fasting for freedom—freedom from fear that binds me, comforts that hinder me, and a stomach that governs me, that I may know the joys of knowing the Lord Jesus as He knows the Father.
