Not proximity or distance but as I created

Once I have sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David: His seed shall endure forever, And his throne as the sun before Me; It shall be established forever like the moon, Even like the faithful witness in the sky.” Selah (Psalms 89:35-37 NKJV emphasis added)

Beloved, those words above in italics are quite extraordinary. Truly they are dynamic! “as the sun before Me” says the covenant Lord God of heaven and earth and all the sea. Let us not miss this incredible blessing.

In the English lexicon we read words that seem to define proximity or distance and much to our ignorance we would be wrong in assuming that. The Hebrew word brings about a meaning that is far more glorious and could never be mistaken with the mundane. The meaning or wording would read as such: ‘as the sun is before My presence,’ or more easily read as, ‘I always have the sun in my sights.’

Now here’s the revelation so pay close attention. That which is in the presence of God Almighty is that which He has created (given life to) and or begotten (given eternal life to). Amen.
Whatever is of God and from God is ever before His presence and what is of His own doing; His own creating, can never be forgotten. Halleluyah!

Therefore, as we read in the 89th Psalm, we can celebrate alongside the Lord and for His people Israel. Because His promise for David (in which is a prophetic blessing that is rooted in Christ the Lord who is spiritually the ‘Son of David’ and the ‘Root of Jesse’) is an unbreakable and unforgettable promise. Why? Because His promise much like the sun, is ever before Him, is of His own doing; His own creating… i.e. His Word, and His Word is irrevocable. It cannot be broken!

Therefore, let us rejoice in the Lord God who is the One True God; the God of eternal promise who bestows His grace, mercy and compassion on whomever He sees fit and at that, we can further rejoice for we have a God who is unlike any of the false gods—He perfectly preserves His Word to be revealed in the heavens, through the sun and moon and stars and even more glorious, He has given us all, in Christ, His mighty Spirit that reveals the deep things of God as only can be known by God. Halleluyah!

Oh that we may bless the Lord God now and forevermore in the assembly of all His saints and angels. Amen!
