Thought Provoking

Today, I received this as I was thinking of how so many of God's children (present company included), one time or another, have allowed their fear to consume their present state, which wound up having a massive negative reaction on how their lives, their friendships, their marriages, etc..., would have ended up.

Why? All because we weren't faithful enough in God, to see that we indeed could be stronger then our fear of (abandonement, loneliness, rejection, failure, etc...)

This is such a common state of mind, that many will be tricked into thinking that they are not living in fear of failure, but rather, it is just "life."

Many people can say that their situation is more serious (dire) than the next person, but we all have been in, or are in some situation that has (or had) us feeling vulnerable to the point, we found ourselves fearing the next turn of events. This may be the case, but God says to have faith in Him, as He can deliver you out of any situation, and God says He will never give us more than we can handle.

At times, it can be scary, to remain faithful no matter what, but indeed God is faithful all the time. God will never forsake (abandon you entirely without return) you. It is all about faith, so challenge yourselves to rely more and more on God, and see where He takes you.

[Teaching]

Our flesh is susceptible to error, but indeed our Spirit that comes from God, knows only perfection. Do not condemn yourselves (saying 'this always happens to me,' or 'why me?'), but rather allow the Spirit to overcome you, and overtake your fears & failures (that have you in defeat), to bring you into victory. Amen!!

...I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.
