Consequence of not speaking up... Speak His Truth!

Children, a great illustration, warning, and assurance from God, is set in Ezekiel 33-34. God is telling Ezekiel, that he is chosen as a "watchman," a (shepherd) to God's sheep (all God's children). Although Ezekiel is to say this to God's people, he (as well as we) will never be told to do something, without receiving it first.

[This is warning]

All to often, we are amidst many who choose the Christ through Baptism of water, but fail to receive Him through the Spirit, by denying what is clearly presented before us. Once we have chosen Christ, we are for the Lord! and are commanded to go out and spread the good news. Many, many years before the Christ was seen and known, God spoke to His messengers (prophets), and told them to speak to all of His people, and warn them of the disasters of doing life alone (without God), and all too often the words fell on death ears, but the messengers persisted on, and did as the Lord commanded them.

Therefore children, let us not grow weary, or combative against our Father, and do what he doesn't ask of us, but as He has commanded from the beginning; To be example, and spread the news that is good, pure, life giving, and life saving.

We must convey the message of repenting from a sinful existence in the flesh, and looking to a righteous eternal existence in the Spirit.

Remember, if you have the faith to believe it, confess it (faith and thought mixed together in words), and God will deliver on it. We must speak of our Father, to the church and unchurched alike.

Let us get in the habit, and

SPEAK THE TRUTH!

Today, you have received it.

Be blessed.

"I look to you and you alone. Ah, my sovereign Lord. You keep me smiling indeed. My heart speeds up at the thought of you, and I am filled with endless joy from all that you are. It is you alone, that has me saying this aloud; Father! you are the captain of my fate, and the master of my soul. To you I bow. All my love to you Father; your Son." F. Lugo
