If you find yourselves struggling with your own ways (flesh), and unable to live by the Spirit (freedom) with yourself and others, the Word of God has all the answers, and the great thing about the Word of God is that it's a journey, and will take you on a journey of self realization, and realization of who God is, and who you are to God.
I myself love this journey. It has allowed me to realize a language I wasn't aware of, that I could and would speak; LOVE.
I encourage you to get a study bible if you don't have it, and open your Bible if you do have it, and take in LOVE that heals all wounds.
As it has been said "You cannot love others until you love yourself."
This is self realization through God's Word.
He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. (1 John 2:2)
