Today I heard a line in a movie that I heard once before, “You don't need a man you need a champion.” To me those words speak the very dream I have desired, and that is to be a champion for her. She has been on my mind since I was 15 years old, and she has been that dream and desire of mine since I have been 16 years old. I have thoughtof her often, cried over her numerous times. She has been a shadow I've chased. A picture that has caught my attention. She has captivated my heart, my mind and my soul as she was the very touch of God into my heart.
Having this dream. Knowing this dream. Embracing this dream, I must look to Him and remain looking to Him as He is the maker of champions— because He is the Captain of our Salvation. Amen.
