Cannot Coexist

Today I read this caption, “Fear and faith cannot coexist” and it came just on time and not a moment later. Do you know what it is to have a weakness? A weakness that God has consistently and faithfully help you overcome every time it sought to overcome you. I do. Every so often it tries to rear it’s ugly head in my life and circumstances, but as I know to do all too well, I do not rely on my own strength but cry out to God to protect me and strengthen me. God declares that ‘His grace is sufficient and His power is made perfect in weakness.’ (2 Corinthians 12:9) and God’s Word further reminds us and spurs us on to ‘not be conformed to the pattern of this world [to live in defeat, fear and selfishness], but be transformed by the renewing of our minds’ we will actually come to have the wisdom and discernment to test and approve, what is that good, pleasing and perfect will of God (Romans 12:1-2) and again, we are further reminded and encouraged, ‘Do not give into fear, worry or anxiousness over anything but in everything with prayer, supplication (to cry out in need of help) and thanksgiving present your request to God. And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will protect your heart and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).  

This word undaunted means: not intimidated or discouraged by difficulty, danger, or disappointment. This is a wonderful word and at the same time it’s scary that it exists as they’re things in this world small and large that bring intimidation, discouragement, difficulties, danger and disappointment. However, when it is viewed in the Light of God’s unrelenting love, truth, grace, mercy, compassion, forgiveness, faithfulness and sovereignty, the only response I know is to call on Him, trust His judgement and not allow fear to coexist with my faith in Jesus. 

Here’s some amazing synonyms of undaunted: unafraid, undismayed, unflinching, unshrinking, fearless, bold, valiant, brave, courageous and steadfast. These synonyms not only show how you and I can act and react when we remain in Christ, but they so amazingly spell out J.E.S.U.S. With Jesus we can all experience what it means to LIVEUNDAUNTED and further be assured in all types of struggle, whether personal or brought upon by faith in Jesus, when we are weak, in Christ we are strong (2 Corinthians 12:10). Amen.

A Seed of Faith: A Story of the Spirit of Pride

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Beloved, here’s a quick post but a tremendous seed of blessing. God desires to be in community with us; in fellowship with our very heart, mind, body and soul. He desires for us to have a total dependency on Him.

But we have an enemy that desires for such a community; such a fellowship to be broken. How so? Satan knows he can’t separate God from us, so he attacks our prideful ways, causing a wall; a great chasm between us and God...

Awakening: Asking For The Holy Spirit

“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14 NKJV)



Awakening (defined by Dictionary.com): rousing; quickening; the act of awaking from sleep; a revival of interest or attention; a recognition, realization, or coming into awareness of something; a renewal of interest in religion, especially in a community; a revival.



Father, Your Son said to us, how much more would your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him! (Luke 11:13)

Hello Pink Ladies Pink Ladies. I knew Sandy for a short time when I volunteered in the children's ministry in 2010 at then at then Flamingo Road Church (now Potential Church), and Sandy was one of the leaders there. I can certainly attest to Sandy being a Pink Mama! Her desk, and area was always pinked out. She wrote with a fuzzy pink pen, and she made it clear that pink was her fav color. Sandy was cool, and kind to me. I was sad to hear that she left, but as I have come to know, with God, we all have seasons and it's where God leads us that matters over where an emotion may want to keep us.

Today, I saw on my blog list that there was a new post from Sandy, so of course I had to read it, as Sandy's post are simple and filled with goodness. "A Tale of Two Shopping Trips," although I am not a parent was very hope-filled for me as I am a child to a mother.

I am known as someone who is very transparent and in my comment to encourage one of my fellow bloggers, sister in Christ and former leader, I shared with Sandy that her post was hope filled and I, being someone who hasn't really experience such open and effective future building conversations with my mom, I was glad to know they're mom's out there that invest such quality time into their children. Praise God for all of you.

And behold! I decide to further read other areas of Sandy's blog and come across the Pink Ladies section, and it's filled with amazing stories, from amazing moms that are eager to share that they are human, they make mistakes, yet God is faithful. You are all an inspiration to the many women out there who have strained relationships with their children but hope for change. With these following words, Pink Ladies... I honor and encourage you. 

From your many backgrounds, accomplishments and travels, I thank God I INVESTED my time today to read each of the above stories. Every post was amazing, and filled with God's love. From the verses in scripture I read that are dear to your hearts, to the topics and titles of your posts. I am so thankful to God that you are all blessed by Him, and continue to live your lives and support your families, that not only will they be blessed in return, but God is praised and glorified through it all. Amen.

Great analogies with fruit preserves, mounted fish and how it pertains to God's love for us, and our lives in being a blessing to this world through God's grace. God's grace and peace be with you, your family and all your God-given endeavors.

God bless you- (Roslyn Rice), and thank you for sharing your post "Once Upon A Time..." with us. It's so true how easily fables, Hollywood, magazines, tv, and those to whom we surround ourselves with, can influence us to believing something that isn't realistic.

I'm reminded of a pastor who has a gentle soul with a loving heart yet fierce in her desire to share God's unconditional love with others, sharing these words in a leadership meeting: 'Surround yourselves with elevator friends.' Her name is Lilibeth, and what she meant by those words were to surround ourselves with those who would encourage us, protect us, hold us accountable and through it all elevate us past where we think we can go. Great advice, yet not easily done for many, but God is faithful.

Thank you for your transparency, and your prayer. It was so touching and it overwhelmed me to tears. I have such a hurt but our God is faithful and He is healing permanently those wounds. God's grace and peace to you, your family and all your God-given endeavors.

God bless you- (Melissa Mashburn), and thank you for sharing your post "Setting the TherMOMeter for the Home" with us. I found your post speaking directly to a situation I know. I know of a mother who is not a believer, and she has had a hard life. No matter what kindness someone shows to her, she is always upset, angry, cranky and filled with hate and discontent. It's a sight and sound that breaks my heart. Her household is very cold in the sense of lack of love, and also very hot in the sense of combativeness towards all others. She needs to know the love of God, and it's something I need to leave before the throne of God, as He knows I've tried what He can only accomplish.

The picture I paint is not a hopeful one, and I have shared my faith with her, honored her, encouraged her, invited her to church, bought her a study bible, asked for much prayer for her, and continue to pray for her myself, and it seems to no resolve, but God is faithful. Such negativity has infected her son and what the Lord is doing in his life, yet God is faithful. Sadly, this is a mother I know and as you already know, anyone who is close to us in any manner, we want them to know the Lord and His immense love for us. Please pray for her.

Melissa, I appreciate your willingness to be open about this time of struggle you had with setting a peaceful environment, but I thank God revelation of what was going on and how to gently, respectfully and peacefully correct it came to you. God is good. God's grace and peace be with you, your family and all your God-given endeavors.

My sister's you are all encouragement to me, although I am not a parent, but as a human being living in a tough world, your words ring out hope, joy, peace, love, faith, kindness, gentleness, patience and as Mandi shared, these are all Fruits of the Spirit, and you all display it in your lives, your commitments, your families and in your writing. Thank you all for your willingness to share.

God continue to expand your platform and territory, and give you courage to continue reaching out to those who can benefit from the calling and path God has you on as mothers, parents, sisters, ministry leaders, professionals and beautiful women who love the Lord. YOU ARE ALL LOVED.

Truth Telling Moments

Truth telling moments aren’t always pretty, but always produce a beautiful result. In (John 20:24-29) we read about a truth telling moment that wasn’t so pretty in that a disciple of Jesus (Thomas) grew doubtful.

I too, have experienced times of doubt. This transitional season in my life made me grow very fatigued. Eventually my faith was shaken, and it caused me to enter into a struggle and I experienced times of doubt, times of discouragement leading to times of separation from God in prayer, from being in His house and from reading the Word. Such times keep us from living out our God-given purpose and destiny.

I wasn't focused on Jesus. I was focused on my exhaustion. But this I know! If we’re willing to open up about our struggles, doubts in our faith whether it’s to a very select few we will find support in places we didn’t realize. But here’s the clincher, we can never fully shut out our God, but whether struggling and without the right words to say to Him, find a way to communicate our disbelief to Him asking for His divine help to get us back to where we need to be, and that is right next to Him. Amen.

A few days ago, I read these words “Cast your cares to God for He cares for you.” That is exactly what I did. It wasn’t pretty. It wasn’t eloquent. It was filled with tears, at times with anger and frustration. Even moments where I couldn’t even speak to Him about it because I felt so badly for my unbelief. But what I kept saying to God over and over was this— “Although I’m not faithful You are. Help me, because I don’t want to hurt anymore.”

Beloved, we will all experience seasons in life. Life is made up in seasons. Just look at this earth we live on. We see and experience seasons of great harvesting where the harvest is plentiful and there is an abundance. But we also see and experience seasons of great drought, where there isn’t an abundance and scarcity is plentiful.

In our walk with the Lord, we will experience such times. We as human beings will experience drought, but God is that plentiful harvest year long. In our scarcity, however it looks, let us mustard whatever strength we have remaining and look towards God again. He will restore us back to our abundance in faith. Amen.

If you receive it and believe it... Thank the Lord!

Let us pray:

Father and God, thank You for being faithful even when we aren’t. Thank You for being abundance even when we are scarcity. Thank You for being willing to restore us in our weakness. You are our sea of blessing. Lift us up then we can leap back into You. Although we believe, help us in our times of unbelief. In Jesus name, Amen.

Jesus Christ The Righteous

“My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.” 1 John 2:1 NKJV


A good morning indeed it is, to receive the overflowing bounty of God’s grace and the riches of goodness that flows lovingly from Him up above... For all things good come from God the Father above. Amen.

As I reflect on my life, and the thoughts, words and actions that entail my life, sadly I cannot proudly stand up straight knowing I have done all things right and have obeyed God fully. But this I know and am confident in, that as judgement day comes, and all that I am is exposed, I have the Advocate to stand before the Judge on my behalf and defend me against the accuser’s pointing finger.

It is He Jesus, that defends me! It is He Jesus that covers me! It is He Jesus, that although I desire to remain in right standing with God, how I praise Him that in my weakness if I sin, He is our Advocate that stands before the Father... Yes! The Lord Jesus Christ the righteous. Amen!

How beautiful is His Word to us, whether we are strong or weak in our faith. How faithful He is to us although we fail Him daily. The love of God that avails all things purifies us from our sins by the death of His Righteous Son Jesus on the Cross. Praise be to our God forever and ever. Faithful and true. Blessed be His name forever— Righteous One... Jesus. Amen!

Faith, Heaven and the Joy of the Lord

Good morning beloved. God’s grace and peace be with you.


I was just thinking how amazingly unnatural faith is. How a great multitude of people live and have lived by faith in God through His Son Jesus. How faith can only cause a man and keep a man believing in an unseen place by the naked eye, but by faith through God’s grace a place so real and so beautiful it had to be described as paradise.

Heaven... A time and place where those whom have believed and kept their faith in Jesus will not only see it but reside there. I often think of heaven and how it would seem. How it would be, but more than that, how amazing it will be to stand before and be with the One who has known me and died for me! The One who has spoken to me, and I have spoken to Him! The One who by the very thought of His embrace, to look at His face, and to be in His presence forevermore, makes me weep with tears of joy— My Jesus.

No matter how weak or strong. How tough or fragile you may be or think you are. The embrace of Jesus causes all of it to fade away and only tears of absolute joy to remain.

It will never be my intention to portray what God isn’t but as opportunity presents itself and my audience truly desires to hear, I will share how amazing God is in all His character and nature. Amen.

Backsliding Into His Grace

“And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open (exposed in their true nature) to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.” (Hebrews 4:13 NKJV emphasis added by me)

Beloved, today was a hard day for me. In my exhaustion, I noticed myself slipping away from the Lord. Just when I noticed that transition God intervened as He is faithful, and I was made aware that two of my other siblings in Christ were struggling as well. So, with the ounce of strength I had I did not put myself first, but I prayed to God that He would protect them in His grace, that He would draw near to them in His mercy, and He would shelter them in His Spirit.

From that moment, I experienced a shift within my spirit and the Lord’s peace came upon me, gladness consumed me and my God was as He is!— My Savior, My Redeemer, My Provider and my Protector. He is my God and He is faithful! Amen!

Praise be to the Lord our God for His unwavering faithfulness even when we aren’t faithful. May He be forever praise in His glorious richness of His mercy and grace to us. Amen.

As I have received it, so shall you! “It is comforting to realize that although God knows us intimately, He still loves us.” Amen!

An Outpouring

“Better is a little with the fear of the Lord, Than great treasure with trouble.” (Proverbs 15:16 NKJV)


Beloved, I write to you plainly as I speak to the Lord. I am not filtering my conversation with the Lord to you (as I wish not to confuse but bring much clarity to all in the ways of God). Yet I would be remiss if I didn’t include you in this, as I want you to enter into the mind of a man who has experienced His God a great multitude of times and the way such a conversation between a redeemed man and His God goes. Amen.


Beloved, I thoroughly enjoy asking such tough questions. First and foremost to myself and towards my life as God is my witness, then to present it to you with a humble heart filled with much wisdom and understanding from my God through patiently waiting upon the Lord. Amen.


Here's the question I present to us: Who amongst us can say boldly and
confidently, ‘even if I have little I will remain greatly respecting the Lord?’

I ask such a question, that my soul may be complete in God lacking nothing, that I may have a faith to remain greatly respecting and honoring the Lord even if I were to have little and remain with little. For I have come to be thoroughly convinced in Christ, that whether I have little or much, may it be to the glory and praise of God. Amen. Such a spirit of thanksgiving regardless of the quantity of such things in life, is a spirit of contentment that surely is unshakeable in all things. Amen.


Over the last few days God greatly spoke to me and showed me a many great things. I was showed that life is truly but a mist, that is here one moment and gone the next. That we truly came from ashes and ashes we will return (bodily speaking according to the flesh that is). And that no amount of hurt and pain can shake the hardness of a heart no matter what, unless a choice is made first! To surrender and desire newness to enter into what was once separated and unwilling to forgive. That healing would occur, allowing in, the experience for the first time of true joy, love, and contentment. Amen.

I experienced that love covers a multitude of sins, and that unless you are of honor, you certainly will not honor others.

I say to my God, ‘what’s the difference between respect and honor?’ He responds “In this world, respect only comes by what title you hold, what you’ve done and what you accomplished, but honor according to My grace is not based on respect, for no one has accomplished anything worth respect for all have fallen short of the glory of God, but according to my everlasting mercy and grace I bestow honor to all creation in that I Am a faithful God and cannot deny Myself.” To which I say amen and praise my God that He would honor us by what He created and has sustained regardless of any of us being undeserving of it. For in our insatiable need to be selfish we fail, but according to God’s purpose seen in and fulfilled through Christ Jesus, we come to gain. Amen Lord Jesus!


Beloved, the mind reels at the ways of God, but this is a trustworthy saying, that we can all take comfort in, “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are God’s ways higher than our ways, and God’s thoughts than our thoughts.” Amen.

For what man has created anything and devised such a plan to sustain all of life, but rather himself and possibly a short few? No one! Yet God in His infinite wisdom and perpetual loving grace created and sustains all life, and designed the plan of Salvation in and through the man Jesus. Amen.

Therefore what can be said of such things? If God is for us than who dare be against us? But here is the revelation in this writing to you beloved. If you haven't received this plan of Salvation and trust that God has created and sustains all life, here's a bold invitation not for the faint of heart. Ask that God Himself! Would reveal Himself to you and as you ask Him such a bold and daring question, seek to truly know Him by investing yourself in having such an encounter with God, that the door of opportunity might be presented to you that you may knock on it and God will answer. Amen! In that beloved, you would have discovered the greatest treasure of all... the Truth!


Beloved, it’s my faithful prayer that you may come to the fullness of God in Christ Jesus, that your life may be content in knowing how truly you are treasured and unconditionally and sacrificially loved by God. Amen.

This is the Revelation... God is LOVE

This is the revelation! I am a witness to it, and it’s the Truth that I speak.

There is nothing that will sustain me other than love. There is nothing that will be enough for me, other than forever love.

There is nothing that is sustained apart from God’s love. Not hope nor faith. But love, sustains hope and faith. It is the greater of all things.

Human beings will grow weary. They will not be able to sustain hope, faith or love to others, because we ourselves need to plug back into Who is our hope, faith and love... That is God.

He is existent and everlasting because all things flourish from hope, faith and love. Amen!

This is why He is my Beloved... He is my everything. Because no one can give out freely and continually what God can only give out freely and continually.

God exists to be perpetual LOVE. This is why we rejoice! and it's declared, said and spread... That God is love. Amen!
