Missing Words: The Robbery of Truth

In Jesus Christ our Lord is where the beauty, the glory and the majesty of such a promise from God, hinges on. If you remove the hinge, you lose it all! This is an unusual way to begin this blog post but it all ties in perfectly with what follows. With that said, I now invite you Into My HEART.

“I am the Rose of Sharon, And the lily of the valleys. Like a lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters.” (Song of Solomon 2:1-2)

Beloved, I went to sleep and woke up with these words in my heart and on my mind, “Like a rose, trampled on the ground. You took the fall and thought of me above all” from the worship song by Michael W. Smith titled “Above All.”  I was thinking of my Beloved Jesus. When I woke up I was also thinking of the Rose of Sharon, and how it pertained to someone; how it pertained to me! I wanted to know further what was the meaning or feeling and truth behind this Rose of Sharon. My heart and soul started to sing to the Lord. It wasn’t complete, but it was coming out. What started as the Rose of Sharon quickly became the Rose of Flavio. With that said, I now invite you into my HEART...

Beloved, the above words in quotes are the very words, The Holy Spirit, spoke to me concerning the amazing outcome of what will result from being in the very presence of Jesus. This was spoken to me three days ago and much work has been put into this. Many things shall be confessed and revealed. Whether you are for the Lord or against Him, confession cannot be denied, and at the name of Jesus, all shall bow and declare that He is Lord to the glory of God the Father. Beloved, it has been decidedly so, for those in Christ, we will always experience a “new thing” as He makes all things new. Amen. For myself, I have been intrigued and head-over-heels in love with God since July 3, 2009, so much so, that I want to know everything about Him. No matter how much of Himself He shows me, God continues to remain a mystery to me, and I see it as a good thing. Whether it’s the Father’s love, The Son’s testimony or the the Holy Spirits comforting, I am thoroughly amazed and wonderfully perplexed at the beauty and splendor that is God Almighty. I’m sure if you’re like me, you have a healthy curiosity about the Holy Spirit and you should! What you see in grey are links to help you understand the Holy Spirit more... Be educated. More of God and Less of Flavio

Beloved, I am in a place where God is the only One that satisfies me. I find it increasingly difficult to be away from His presence. What do I mean by this? For the past few months I have had a deep longing to know God in all of His ways. I have been blessed to know God in so many ways, and truly because of God and only God, I am truly alive. But I feel more and more like I’m dying. Not from some medical or terminal condition, but a longing deep in my bones to no longer know myself and only know God... (I now invite you into my HEART)

Did you know that the only time that Hanukkah is mentioned in the Bible is in the New Testament?

Hanukkah Menorah

“At that time the Feast of the Dedication (Hanukkah) took place at Jerusalem; it was winter, and Yeshua was walking in the temple in the portico of Solomon. The people then gathered around Him, and were saying to Him, ‘How long will You keep us in suspense?’” (John 10:22-24)



Hanukkah tradition says that when the Jews went to light the Menorah (the lamp stand in the Temple), they found only enough oil to burn for one day, however, supernaturally the oil burned for 8 days! Thus, the Hanukkah Menorah that Jewish people light each year has 8 candles, representing these 8 miraculous days of burning. An additional 9th “Servant” candle on the Hanukkah Menorah is used to light the other candles each night. As the 9th candle on the Menorah is used to light the other 8, so, too, Yeshua has lit us to be supernatural lights to light the world (Matthew 5:14)!
