The Power of Choice: Our Inheritance from God

Choice. This word literally shapes everything that follows. I am constantly thinking of my choices and looking to make wise ones. I am certainly one who wants to cultivate a mastery over his choices so that at the end of it all, I will be confident that my choices were leading me towards life and not death. Jesus Christ, The Inner Man and His Outer Workings

“A conversation concerning Jesus, however light or heavy it may get, is still a conversation that the Lord will bless if prayerfully engaged in.” – F. Lugo

“You will know the truth and the truth will set you free...Apart from Me you can do nothing.” — Jesus

It is written of God who is the Lord: “This is what God the Lord says— the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it.” (Isaiah 42:5)

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.” (Psalm 19:1)

“In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.” (Psalm 102:25)

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what Gods will is— his good, pleasing and perfect will.” (Romans 12:2)

“No matter the field you endeavor to succeed in and no matter what level of achievement you seek to accomplish, whether it be a bachelors, masters, PhD or Doctorate degree or you simply study a given subject apart from the University to gain knowledge and mastery in it, this is true of all. It takes, on that person’s behalf, a great deal of sacrifice and commitment towards knowing their given field and craft although their field continues to grow with new material and discoveries being made known every day. In short, you can never quite know it all, however, you will continue to learn, grow and become transformed by the knowledge you attain.”
– F. Lugo

How can we knowing the above, approach the subject matter of belief in Jesus Christ as the Risen Lord and God with, “I don’t believe?” With that being said, I now invite you into my HEART...
