True Rank of Authority

Last night as I laid down in bed to get ready to rest, the Lord placed this on me to share with you. A great Truth indeed. The Lord showed me the True Rank of Authority:

God: Head of All Authority (All of Creation Submits to God in Heaven, on earth, and below).

But there is one thing I want you to know: The head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, [and the head of Christ is God.]
(1 Corinthians 11:3)

So anyone who rebels against authority is rebelling against what [God has instituted] - (Romans 13:2)


Instituted (Dictionary.com): an established principle, law, custom, or organization.

•to set up; establish; organize
•to inaugurate; initiate; start
•to set in operation
•to bring into use or practice
•to establish in position.
•to assign to or invest with a spiritual charge
So it began with God...

*Even Christ the Lord and Savior for all to whom will look to Him and call on His name; the Son of God, submits to a higher Authority

Christ: 'I can do nothing apart from my Father.' John 5:30 NLT
[I can do nothing on my own. I judge as God tells me.] Therefore, my judgment is just, because I carry out the will of the one who sent me, [not my own will.]

*We, who have been chosen and commissioned to obey the Law, and be the example of Jesus here on earth, submit to whom has been placed over us in Authority



Shepherd/Servant: 'We can do nothing apart from Christ' (John 15:5)
5 'Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. [For apart from me you can do nothing.']

There is no leader like Jesus...slow to get angry and quick to listen

*Those who are placed before us; (Christ' servants/Shepherds to God's children), must follow our example as we follow the Lord's example: We are told 'You are to lead and they are to follow.'


Sheep: 'Imitate me As I imitate Christ.'

[And you should imitate me], just as I imitate Christ. (1 Corinthians 11:1)


*It's not an old school game, but it is! FOLLOW THE LEADER*


Let us pray: A prayer to Authority for authority

Father, I come to you with great praise in my heart as you freely allow us to come to you in prayer. I thank you for your everlasting patience with all of us. May we continue to be blessed by having your patience over our entire lives. We love you and praise you for all that you are. We look to you Father as the ultimate authority, and I pray we all continue to accept and believe in such an authority over our entire lives. May we follow in the Authority you have placed over us, and commit and execute on the authority you have given us.
Lord, may you continuously bless us with favor, wisdom, and a will, backed by a most loving heart to lead in a manner of Truth that will command the respect of those that we are to lead, and may they receive us well as their authority, just as we receive you well as our Authority. We thank you for such a clear message on who is Authority and how it applies to us and from us. May it always seep into and continue to be poured out from our hearts and minds, always commanding our bodies to live in Authority over what seeks to destroy us. In your Son's name Jesus we pray and say Amen.
